Stitched, a high-end men’s clothing store, and Pinko, an Italian women’s fashion designer, are also joining the 500,000-square-foot mall, a Swire spokesperson told The Real Deal. Suit Supply opened its Miami Beach store last year just off of Lincoln Road.

Saks Fifth Avenue, Cinemex and an Italian food hall are anchoring the shopping center, which is being developed by Swire Properties, Simon Property Group and Whitman Family Development. So far, 76 stores and 11 dining establishments have been announced. The retail space can hold about 125 tenants, depending on the layout, a spokesperson previously told TRD.
