A look inside – and around – Porsche Design Tower: PHOTOS

Porsche Design Tower is on the fast track to being completed by the end of the summer and The Real Deal got its hands on a new batch of construction photos.

Buyers at Dezer Development’s latest project hail from Argentina, Mexico, Brazil and within the United States, a spokesperson told TRD. Of 132 units, five are unsold.

The star of the 641-foot, 60-story tower is the Dezervator, a patented automobile elevator lift system. The elevator will hoist cars and residents up to any one of Porsche Design’s condos. Check out a video of the “Dezervator” in action here.

Dezer broke ground on the building about three years ago. The beachfront development at 18555 Collins Avenue offers a range of atypical amenities, including man caves and balcony plunge pools, as well a racing simulator and a golf simulator. It will also feature an all-optical wireless platform that allows for uninterrupted cell and WiFi service.

Sales are being handled in-house. Remaining units range from $6.3 million to a penthouse priced at $32.5 million, which includes the option to store up to 11 cars in a 3,000-square-foot car gallery. Potential buyers of that unit have the option to use the car gallery to store seven cars on their own, or three with a living room, bar and billiard table. The 16,915-square-foot penthouse will have four bedroom-suites, 6.5 baths and two separate two-car garages.

Porsche Design’s car concierge will also take care of regular maintenance, tire rotations and washing.
