Check out construction at Surf Club Four Seasons in Surfside

New construction photos from the Surf Club Four Seasons show how far the massive Surfside project has come since it topped off about a year ago.

The 9-acre, mixed-use development includes an 80-room hotel, two 12-story residential towers, a private club, two restaurants, four swimming pools, cabanas, a gym, oceanside gardens and a park – all designed by Richard Meier. Its developer Fort Partners is also incorporating the historic Russell Pancoast-designed Surf Club, a private beach club founded in 1930 by Henry Firestone.

The condo portion of the Surf Club is 80 percent sold with more than $900 million in sales, according to a spokesperson. Units range in price from $3.4 million to $18 million, and in size from 1,400 square feet to more than 7,000 square feet.

The beachfront development is nearly completed and aiming for delivery this winter. The Surf Club, at 9011 Collins Avenue, will also offer 965 feet of oceanfront.

Surfside is in the midst of significant redevelopment, where other projects include the Fendi Chateau Residences, Jason Halpern’s planned luxury boutique condo Surf House, as well as a joint venture between Israel-based ASRR Capital and Istanbul-based Suzer Group on a project a block away from the Surf Club.
