The new tenants include Ernst & Young, flex-workspace provider Regus and All Aboard Florida’s parent company Florida East Coast Industries, all of which are leasing large chunks of the 190,000-square-foot Two MiamiCentral office tower.

Ernst & Young is relocating its Miami offices to a 23,000-square-foot space at the tower split between two floors. FECI is also moving its Coral Gables headquarters to the project with a 20,000-square-foot lease than spans an entire floor.

Regus, which rents out serviced office spaces, also agreed to a 20,000-square-foot lease.

An All Aboard spokesperson said that with these tenants in the bag and several other pending commitments, Two MiamiCentral is roughly 50 percent leased up.

Two MiamiCentral is one of four towers currently being built by general contractor Suffolk Construction in downtown as part of the 11-acre MiamiCentral train station. All Aboard has so far been tight-lipped about its tenants, including the 200,000 square feet of retail and additional 100,000 square feet of office space outside of Two MiamiCentral.

All Aboard is also building 800 residential units and is also planning a 95-story super tower on the MiamiCentral project site. Blanca Commercial Real Estate is handling leasing for the commercial spaces.

The developer hopes to complete the station and its components by mid-year 2017. MiamiCentral will be home to Brightline, the brand of high-speed trains that will run between downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando.   Sean Stewart-Muniz
