Cushman & Wakefield’s executive director Scott O’Donnell and senior associate Greg Miller, along with Robert Smith and Mike Millard  of CBRE, are representing the property owner, Tradition Land Company. The brokerage firms did not announce an asking price.

“This is an extremely rare opportunity to acquire a critical mass of land at the gateway to South Florida,” O’Donnell said in a press release. “There are no other comparable land offerings in the region that can accommodate commercial and residential development at this scale.”

Tradition Commerce Park could benefit from the growing population of Port St. Lucie. More than 3.3 million square feet of retail have been developed in Port St. Lucie over the past 10 years, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
