Four months after a unit that had been featured on “Million Dollar Listing Miami” finally sold, it’s back on the market with a price bump.

On the show, broker Samantha DeBianchi promised developer Gil Dezer that she would sell the 6,421-square-foot unit, listed then for $8.9 million, in 30 days. It took three years to sell the penthouse unit, for $5.9 million, in the Trump Royale tower. The new owner, a family from Pinecrest, bought the condo as a “weekend getaway” but is now looking to downsize within the building, said listing agent Ashton Coleman of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

It’s now on the market for $7.25 million, slightly less than its original listing price and $1.35 million more than its sale earlier this year. Coleman said the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom condo in Sunny Isles Beach is listed turnkey. “6,400 square feet at $7 million is a really great deal, even though it’s a 2009 building,” Coleman said.

New construction in Sunny Isles is fetching more than $1,400 per square foot, he said. The Trump Royale unit is listed for $1,129 per square foot. New condo towers, either completed or in the works, include the Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach, Aurora, Mansions at Acqualina and Chateau Beach.

Tower Suite 6 features a $700,000 Tui furnishings package, marble and wood finishes, four walk-in closets, Sub-Zero and Miele appliances. Trump Royale’s amenities include four pools, four restaurants, room service, spa and gym, beach and poolside services, concierge and valet. Coleman said he is targeting buyers from the Northeast, Canada and Los Angeles, as well as worldwide.
