Büro Group has opened its fourth outpost in Miami-Dade, a 10,000-square-foot location in Coconut Grove.
The shared office space firm has 30 companies in the Coconut Grove office, at the Engle Building, 2980 MacFarlane Road. The building’s other tenants include Harry’s Pizzeria, Kit and Ace and Panther Coffee.
The Grove has seen a resurgence in redevelopment this year. In October, Michael Comras partnered with Maryland-based Federal Realty Investment Trust and Grass River Property to purchase CocoWalk in a deal valued at $87.5 million.
Büro founder and CEO Michael Feinstein said in a press release that Büro aims to attract more local businesses and entrepreneurs.
Other locations for the co-working space company include Midtown Miami, where The Real Deal South Florida is a member, Sunset Harbour and MiMo. Among its members are Airbnb, Postmates, Gilt City and Barry’s Bootcamp.
Pipeline Workspaces, MADE at the Citadel and WeWork are among other shared office space companies in South Florida. — Katherine Kallergis
