Real estate runs in the family.

A Palm Beach mansion that was formerly owned by Judge Maryanne Trump Barry, also known as the older sister of presidential candidate Donald Trump, just sold for $8.9 million.

The home is a two-story residence at 160 Woodbridge Road, directly next to Donald Trump’s private Mar-a-Lago country club. It doesn’t sit on the water, but it does occupy a three-quarter-acre lot complete with a pool and manicured landscaping.

It’s bursting with Mediterranean Revival style: the 8,343-square-foot home has tall arched windows, stone columns on the patio with intricate designs and a blanket of green vines covering the exterior.

Palm Beach County records show that the mansion’s most recent owners, David and Lisa Desmond, sold it for roughly $1,067 per square foot to Lawrence Rolnick and Kimberly Sorrentino. Redfin shows the listing agent was Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate. Gal Kol of Boca Executive Realty represented the purchaser.

The Desmonds had purchased the property in 2005 when Maryanne Trump Barry, acting as a trustee, transferred the couple the ownership of 160 Woodbridge Road.

Barry, who is a senior judge in United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, built the house two years prior. She paid $1.75 million for the lot in 2001, demolished its existing home that same year and completed work in 2004.

Her taste for Palm Beach estates doesn’t stop there: Barry also owns the 1950s-era beachfront house down the street at 1125 South Ocean Boulevard, according to records, for which she paid $11.5 million in 2004.
