Fortune International Realty is expanding into Miami Beach’s South-of-Fifth neighborhood with a new sales office, The Real Deal has learned.
The office, slated to open later this month, is the 18th brokerage for the Miami-based firm. Fortune is marketing properties in Miami Beach such as One Ocean, Marea, Flamingo, the Collins and 1 Hotel & Homes.
“As the South Florida real estate market continues to thrive, we wanted to enhance our position in the heartbeat of Miami and one of the country’s most popular destinations,” said Ruth Palma, vice president of sales at Fortune International Realty, in a statement.
The 1,288-square-foot office will be located at 110 Washington Avenue, Unit CU-5.
In August, London-based Savills PLC and Fortune International Group announced their alliance. Earlier this year, Fortune also partnered with New York-based Town Residential. – Katherine Kallergis
