Developers for this upcoming 247-unit condo project in downtown Hollywood just released new renderings of the project’s interiors. Team Real Estate Developers, the project’s lead, said roughly 60 percent of its units are under contract. Prices range from $270,000 to $570,000, which makes it one of the cheapest condo projects around.

H3 Hollywood broke ground in May on the project site at 2165 Van Buren Street. The 15-story tower is expected to open by the end of 2016 or early 2017.

Our first look at this Pompano Beach condo tower was in March, when developer Fernbrook Florida announced it would bring luxury condos to an area that hasn’t seen high-rise construction in nearly a decade.

The early renderings showed only idyllic oceanfront balconies and a small glimpse of the pool deck. These new renderings give a much better sense of the 19-story building’s architecture and style.

Fernbrook Florida, an affiliate of the Ontario-based developer Fernbrook Homes, said the building will house 68 units, which is a slight decrease from the 72 it originally announced. The project site is at 730 North Ocean Boulevard. An earlier announcement stated that groundbreaking would happen in the fall, with completion wrapping up sometime in 2017.

While previously released renderings showed this sleek, all-glass condo tower from a distance, these new mock-ups bring the viewer in close for a look at the building’s interiors.

Oceana Bal Harbour, developed by Argentine real estate mogul Eduardo Constantini, has been under construction since December 2013. The building promises to bring 240 units to the former site of the Bal Harbour Beach Club.

Through his firm Consultatio, the developer scored $332 million in construction financing for the project last year. It’s expected to open in 2016.
