A penthouse unit in the Trump Royale tower has sold for $5.9 million, The Real Deal has learned.
The two-story tower suite, complete with a rooftop plunge pool and private elevator, was featured on “Million Dollar Listing Miami.” Broker Samantha DeBianchi promised developer Gil Dezer that she would sell the 6,4210-square-foot unit, listed then for $8.9 million, in 30 days.
In a June 2014 episode, Rachel and Samantha held a a $25,000 open house party to sell the unit, but fell short.
Last month, Ashton Coleman, of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the buyer of the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom condo in Sunny Isles Beach. It was last listed for $7.35 million, Coleman told TRD. “Finally, the developer came to reason,” he said.
Tower Suite 6 features marble and wood finishes, four walk-in closets, Sub-Zero and Miele appliances. Trump Royale’s amenities include four pools, four restaurants, room service, spa and gym, beach and poolside services, concierge and valet.
The buyer is a family from Pinecrest looking for a weekend getaway. Coleman declined to name them.
