Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from nearly $5 million to $19.5 million, according to Zillow data. Miami-Dade County had the priciest property and a home in Jupiter was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

#1 ONE Sotheby’s is the listing agent for the penthouse at 1500 Ocean Drive. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom condo spans 8,400 square feet, with a 7,000-square-foot rooftop deck.  It’s on the market for $19.5 million. The unit features a movie theater, gourmet kitchen, smart home technology and walk-in wine rooms.

#2 A waterfront Key Biscayne estate is on the market for $14.5 million. The 8,818-square-foot mansion at 251 Knollwood Drive features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a 10-foot iron gate entrance, four-car garage, porte-cochere and 15-car brick driveway. It also includes 327 feet of water frontage. The 30,970-square-foot property last sold in 1998 for $2 million. It was built in 1968. Natalie Eisermann of ONE Sotheby’s is the listing agent.

#3 Unit 402S at the St. Regis Bal Harbour was listed for $8.5 million. The 2,839-square-foot condo has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. It last sold for $3.58 million in 2013. The St. Regis, at 9701 Collins Avenue, was built in 2011. A listing agent was not available on Zillow.

Palm Beach

#1 A newly built 7,384-square-foot home in Boca Raton is on the market for $8.995 million. The five-bedroom, four-bedroom home at 175 Southeast Spanish Trail is on the Intracoastal. Ari Albinder of Mizner Grande Realty is the listing agent for the turnkey property.

#2 The equestrian estate at 13412 57th Place South in Wellington is on the market for $7.95 million. The six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom mansion spans 11,241 square feet and features 24 stalls. Alaura Allen of Weichert Heath and Joseph is the listing agent for the more than 10-acre property. 

#3 A 6.67-acre property in Jupiter was listed for $3.25 million. The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion at 9440 169th Court North was built in 2008. Martha Jolicoeur of Illustrated Properties is the listing agent for the 16,322-square-foot home.

Broward 

#1 This Mediterranean-inspired estate in Fort Lauderdale is on the market for $9.25 million. The 10,086-square-foot home features a theater, game room, full bar, elevator, pool, gym and private dock. The mansion, at 2328 Aqua Vista Boulevard, has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and two half-baths. It was built in 2008.

#2 A triple penthouse at the L’Hermitage II Oceanfront tower was listed for $6.5 million. The 7,167-square-foot condo has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It last sold in 1998 for $1.7 million when the tower was completed. Ron Lennen has the listing for unit 2808 at 3200 North Ocean Boulevard.

#3 A mansion in Lighthouse Point is on the market for nearly $5 million. The 8,150-square-foot home has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It was built in 2007, and the property last sold in 2002 for $1.5 million. Ron Lennen of Premier Estate Properties is also the listing agent for 2541 Northeast 32nd Court.
