A local film producer has sold a waterfront Key Biscayne home for $10.55 million, according to Miami-Dade County records.
Gerard Barba, a trustee of the Gerard Barba Revocable Trust, sold the 20,000-square-foot property at 210 Harbor Drive to a Key Biscayne-based LLC, records show. Barba is listed as the CEO of Compadre Films, according to LinkedIn.
The 2,602-square-foot home was listed for $12 million on Zillow. Bear RE LLC was the buyer. Carlos Coto of ONE Sotheby’s represented the buyer.
It was built in 1958, renovated in 2008 and includes a new dock and seawall, Jacuzzi and pool, as well as a large lawn. The single-story house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, according to Miami-Dade property records.
It last sold for $6.7 million in April 2011.
