Cole Haan, lululemon, Illesteva, Harmont & Blaine and OndadeMar will join already announced retail tenants at Brickell City Centre, developers said on Tuesday.

Last week, Swire, along with retail co-developers Whitman Family Development and Simon Property Group, announced that Valentino and Chopard would lease space in the 500,000-square-foot shopping center. Saks Fifth Avenue will anchor the shopping component, slated to open in the fall of 2016.

“Announcing this next round of retailers demonstrates how great our reach is in meeting the needs of both our luxury-minded shoppers as well as our local shoppers who desire more contemporary brands,” Debora Overholt, senior retail director at Swire Properties, said in statement.

Yoga and fitness apparel chain lululemon athletica; Italian casualwear brand Harmont & Blaine; Cole Haan, an American lifestyle retailer of premium men’s and women’s footwear, bags, outerwear, eyewear and accessories; Illesteva, a handmade Italian sunglass retailer; and Colombian swimwear designer OndadeMar will all be located on the second and third floors.

Next week, developers will release a portion of food and beverage tenants, which will include a mix of fine dining, casual fare and new international brands opening flagships in the United States. Among those Brickell City Centre has announced are Quinto La Huella restaurant and rooftop bar, Sugar at its EAST, Miami Hotel, and dine-in options at its luxury theater, Cinemex.

About 90 percent of the shopping center is in advance negotiations, the developers said.

Brickell City Centre’s two condominium towers, two Class A office buildings, including one almost entirely leased by international law firm, Akerman, and its EAST, Miami Hotel, will also act as anchors for the shopping center. The condominium, office, and hotel components at Brickell City Centre are set to open beginning at the end of 2015. — Katherine Kallergis
