Priciest home listings in the tri-county area this week

The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $3.5 million to $30 million, according to Zillow data. Miami-Dade had the priciest property and a home in Broward was on the low end.

Miami-Dade

#1 Eddie Irvine Homes listed the two-story, waterfront mansion at 428 South Hibiscus Drive in Miami Beach for $30 million. Julian Johnston of Calibre International Realty is the listing agent. When completed in the fall of 2016, it will include a formal living room, media room, library, bar and 140 feet of water frontage. The estate will also feature Miele appliances, a family room, master suite, pool, spa, summer kitchen, fireplace and private balconies. Casa Ischia, a company led by Irvine, paid nearly $5.2 million for the 18,375-square-foot lot in 2012.

#2 Unit 801 at the Continuum South was listed for $24.5 million. The 7,200-square-foot condo at 50 South Pointe Drive is fully furnished and includes a movie theater, game room and media room. Miami Brasil Realty has the listing for the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom unit in Miami Beach.

#3 A condominium at Apogee South Beach is on the market for $16.5 million. Miami Brasil Realty also has the listing for unit 604 at 800 South Pointe Drive. The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom unit spans 4,154 square feet. The tower was completed in 2008.

#1 A condo in Boca Raton’s One Thousand Ocean has been listed for sale with an asking price of $11.5 million. Unit 704 has hopped on and off the market since last year. The home is a 9,272-square-foot penthouse on the northeast corner of the building. Its listing says the unit has never been lived in, is being sold with all new furnishings, and the buyer should only “bring toothbrush (sic).” The unit has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large terrace with ocean views. Its address is 1000 South Ocean Boulevard. Tim Shane of Meridian Properties has the listing, and Katja Pressman of Keyes Company Realtors is marketing the unit.

#2 A massive Mediterranean manse in Boca Raton is up for grabs at $10.7 million. The home, at 380 East Coconut Palm Road, sits on a three-quarter-acre waterfront lot. It has a room for every occasion: wine and bar room, breakfast area with its own aquarium, laundry rooms on both floors, library, billiard room and a home theater. The home’s windows are all impact resistant and the outdoor living area has a heated pool and barbecue area. Its size — 10,718 square feet — means the price equates roughly $1,000 per square foot. David Roberts of Royal Palm Properties has the listing.

#3 A mansion-sized condo in Boca Raton has been listed for sale at $9.95 million. Unit 502 in Luxuria, a 10-story oceanfront tower at 2500 South Ocean Boulevard, is a duplex condo that was combined during the building’s original construction. It takes up two-thirds of the fifth floor and has a wrap-around balcony with its own summer kitchen and hot tub. Its interiors include marble floors and Venetian plaster walls. The home has three kitchens total — including one in the master suite — and a variety of rooms that range from offices to a library. Keith Neff of Nestler Poletto Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.

#1 Need a penthouse that’s bigger than most houses? For unit 1201 in the Coconut Grove Beach Residences (in Fort Lauderdale), size is definitely not an issue. The home has jumped back on the market for $5.8 million. It’s a top floor penthouse that measures 11,477 square feet, and has an 8,000-square-foot sun deck, plus 1,800 square feet of balcony space. The listing shows a mostly raw space, save for a built-out kitchen with Sub Zero appliances, marble floors and a whirlpool bathtub with its own slice of ocean views. The building is located at 1200 Holiday Drive. Samantha DeBianchi of DeBianchi Real Estate has the listing.

#2 A waterfront home in the Las Olas neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, defined by its long fingers of land that are separated by canals, has been put up for sale at $4 million. The listing describes the 7,168-square-foot home’s price as below market value. It’s rented out through August of next year. It includes seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, a two-story elevator and a three-car garage. Its finishes are modern, and the dock allows for up to a 90-foot yacht. Jim Morlock of Fidelity Real Estate has the listing for the property, which is located at 343 Coral Way.

#3 The two story “Bella Mansion” in Weston has been listed for sale at $3.5 million. The 10,886-square-foot home has marble and wood flooring, modern kitchen finishes, a private theater and billiard room, plus an elevator and a “gentleman’s retreat.” It’s situated on a waterfront acre lot at 2951 Lake Ridge Lane, which looks over a nature preserve.
