TEN Media, also known as The Enthusiast Network, sold an office building in Coral Springs for $12.85 million, records show.
Hoerbiger Corporation of America bought the 240,200-square-foot building at 4250 Coral Ridge Drive. Hoerbiger is a Swiss compression technology, drive technology and hydraulics company. Locally, the corporation is based in Pompano Beach.
TEN paid $8.35 million for the site, along with other properties, in 1995, according to Broward County property records.
The company owns more than 50 publications, 60 websites, events, branded products, an automotive VOD channel, and an action/outdoor sports media platform, including Motor Trend and Automobile.
The building was constructed in 1981 and sits on about 20 acres.
