Developers of the Ocean Resort Residences at Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach unveiled new model homes at a cocktail party recently.
The unveiling included a cirque-themed performance, complete with contortionists, stilt-walkers, jugglers and Chinese pole performers, according to a press release.
Cervera Real Estate is the sales and marketing firm for the development, which will include 109 condos and beachfront villas, and 181 hotel rooms. Amenities will include a spa, pool, whirlpools, beach services, gym and Sky Beach on the sixth floor. Prices start in the $400,000s and go up to the millions.
In March, the Ocean Resort Residences at Conrad topped off construction of its Jewel Box, a five-story glass-enclosed building that connects the hotel-condo in Fort Lauderdale Beach.
