The top three most expensive listings to hit each of the tri-county real estate markets — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach — over the past week ranged from $5 million to $25 million, according to Zillow data. Broward had the priciest property and the least expensive, both in Fort Lauderdale.
Miami-Dade
#1 A film investor listed his Miami Beach home at 92 La Gorce Circle. Larry Kuppin and Minoush Kuppin paid $14.5 million for the seven-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bathroom house in August. It’s on the market for $18.75 million. The 9,719-square-foot home was built in 1939. The Jills’ Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker has the listing.
#2 Unit 1404 at the Miami Beach EDITION was listed for $12.95 million. The 4,416-square-foot condo at 2901 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach has three bedrooms, and three-and-a-half baths. Douglas Elliman’s Chris Leavitt of “Million Dollar Listing Miami” has the listing.
#3 A Fisher Island condo is on the market for nearly $8 million. Samar Mekhail of Habitat International Group is the listing agent for unit 134 at 5134 Fisher Island Drive. The four-bedroom four-and-a-half-bathroom condo has 4,109 square feet.
Palm Beach
#1 A brand new equestrian estate in Wellington was listed for $12.95 million. The four-acre property includes a 20-stall barn, four wash stalls, two tack rooms, a laundry room and a feed room. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 14814 Grand Prix Farms Drive has 3,207 square feet. Carol Sollak of Engel Voelkers has the listing.
#2 Penthouse 2A at the Ritz-Carlton Residences Singer Island was listed for $11 million. The 8,670-square-foot condo at 2700 North Ocean Drive has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Premier Sales Group’s Laurie Ingber has the listing.
#3 Another Wellington estate hit the market this week. The property includes a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house, 32 stalls in two barns, and grooms quarters. Carol Sollak of Engel Voelkers has the listing for 3810 Gem Twist Court, which is on the market for $11 million.
Broward
#1 A mansion at 1831 Southeast Ninth Street in Fort Lauderdale was listed for a whopping $25 million. The seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom estate includes 430 feet of deep water dockage and 13,011 interior square feet. Tim Elmes of the Tim Elmes Group has the listing.
#2 Former NFL cornerback Asante Samuel put his Southwest Ranches estate on the market For $9.5 million. Listing agent Ben Moss of One Sotheby’s International Realty told The Real Deal that the player custom built the home, which was finished in 2014, but decided that it’s too big for his needs. The 18,000-square-foot mansion at 5300 Ascot Terrace has nine bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, a 10-car garage and a massive $1 million pool.
#3 A penthouse at the Palms in Fort Lauderdale is on the market for nearly $5 million. Niki Higgins of Douglas Elliman is the listing agent for 2100 North Ocean Boulevard, unit 28A. The wraparound condo includes five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and 4,798 square feet.
