Allegiance Crane, a crane rental company, has expanded to a second location in Broward County, commercial realtor Sperry Van Ness announced Thursday.
The company will split 45,000 square feet between office building and warehouse at 1700 to 1800 Northwest 23rd Avenue in Fort Lauderdale. Allegiance Crane’s other facility is in Pompano Beach.
Keith Kidwell, Les Byron, and Steve Davis of Sperry Van Ness’ office in Fort Lauderdale brokered the deal for Allegiance.
The 5.25-acre property was formerly occupied by Broward-based Yellow Cab. Yellow Cab owner Jesse Gaddis owns the site, according to Broward County property records. — Sean Stewart-Muniz
