A developer in Pembroke Pines has plans for a townhouse project that mirrors those in West Palm Beach.

Harry Posin, president of Label & Co. Developments Inc., is planning an 89-unit townhome development in eastern Pembroke Falls, according to published reports.

The 8-acre project has been submitted for city approval, with sales expected to begin by the end of the year, the Sun Sentinel reported.

Centra Falls will be modeled after Posin’s own Villas at Antique Row, a 46-unit townhome development on Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach. Centra Falls will feature units priced from the $300,000s to the mid-$400,000s.

“To me, Pembroke Pines is one of the great markets in South Florida. The city has matured incredibly well,” Posin told the Sentinel. “It has everything.”

He also hopes to build a 61-unit development on six acres across the street. [Sun Sentinel] — Kristina Puga
