Three big Boca Raton developments — two residential and one commercial — have been proposed so far this month.
SBA Communications Corp., a public company, plans to expand its headquarters at 8051 Congress Avenue. The company bought the building for $22.7 million in 2013, according to published reports.
An application to increase the number of apartment units to 244 and decrease office space allowed at the Peninsula Corporate Center, 8210 Congress Avenue was filed, the South Florida Business Journal reported.
