PNC Bank officially acquired an 8-acre development site in Deerfield Beach through a foreclosure auction held last week, Broward County records show.
The bank was awarded an $18.1 million foreclosure judgment against the previous owner in August. It intends to find a buyer for the two-property site 1250 West Hillsboro Boulevard. Don Ginsburg of Realty Masters Advisors will market the properties on behalf of PNC.
Previously known as Deerfield Station, the site has approvals in place for a Transit Oriented Development with apartments and commercial space. — Eric Kalis
