GL Homes picked up nearly 102 acres of farmland in western Palm Beach County’s Agricultural Reserve.
The Sunrise-based homebuilder acquired the 8683 Boynton Beach Boulevard land in two deals. GL gave the William Chinnick Charitable Foundation about $6.3 million for 53.4 acres and paid Holland, Mich.-based Swaney Properties about $5.7 million for 48.5 acres.
GL is presently selling homes at the Canyon Trails and Valencia Cove projects near the Agricultural Reserve, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
