The Miramar Park of Commerce has kicked off construction on its last speculative warehouse development.
Developer Sunbeam Properties announced that work has begun on the first of two phases on its MPC-29 project, which will consist of 225,443 square feet, according to GlobeSt. The first building, MPC-29A, is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter.
Vivo Real Estate Group is marketing the property and so far no leases have been signed.
Miramar Park of Commerce features more than 5 million square feet of warehouse, flex and office space and is currently 99 percent leased. [GlobeSt.] – Christopher Cameron
