Cuban-American musician Willy Chirino and his wife Lissette have sold their Bay Pointe house for $4.17 million.
The couple bought the 10,416-square-foot home at 4400 Island Road for $795,000 in April 1992, according to the Daily Business Review. They had listed the property for $5.75 million.
Luis Reyes of Avatar Real Estate Services and Carlos Justo had the listing.
The six-bed, five-bathroom mansion is near the homes of other celebrities such as Cher, Matt Damon, Ricky Martin, Julio Iglesias and Anna Kournikova. [DBR] – Christopher Cameron
