Ivana Trump put her landmarked Palm Beach home on the market just four months ago, but she has already found a buyer for the Mizner-style beachfront property.
A source close to the deal told Gossip Extra that Trump signed a contract to sell the 14,000-square-foot home to a yet-to-be-identified buyer for $18 million – more than four times what she originally paid for the home.
Ivana bought the house, located at 102 Jungle Road just north of Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club, in 1994 for $4.4 million, after divorcing The Donald.
