Terra Group and Related have announced plans for the current site of the Coconut Grove Bank at 2701 Bayshore Drive.
The project, designed by Rem Koolhas’ Office for Metropolitan Architecture, is being called Park Grove and will feature 298 residential units. The 20-story main tower will be surrounded by four two-story amenity buildings, a three-story bank and fitness center, and a two-story office building. The project will also include 730 parking spaces, according to exMiami.
