GL Homes, a dominant house-building force throughout Palm Beach County, plans to develop a 742-house project near Delray Beach called Seven Bridges.
Prices are expected to be in the range of GL Homes’ the Bridges development, between $600,000 and $1.6 million. Amenities include a gym, indoor sports court, café, massage rooms and a 27,000-square-foot clubhouse. Sales are set to begin in March.
