The new owners of Peninsula on the Intracoastal are about to put 70 residential units at the Boynton Beach building up for sale.
Peninsula Boynton Property, a partnership between Pordes Residential Sales and Marketing CEO Mark Pordes and Coral Gables-based Rene Brillembourg, are ready to test the market for the Peninsula units it acquired last month, South Florida Business Journal reported. The first wave of units are expected to be released to the public next month. Peninsula Boynton paid $21.5 million for the 2649 North Federal Highway property.
Peninsula was completed in 2010 and operated as a rental building until last month’s sale. The new owners plan to market Peninsula’s 40 condos starting at $540,000 and townhomes starting at $390,000. [South Florida Business Journal] — Eric Kalis
