A residential builder has obtained approvals to develop a boutique townhome project in Pompano Beach.
Cavache Properties is set to construct its second resort-style townhome community in the city, South Florida Business Journal reported. The project, 14th & Ocean, is Cavache’s third. All of the Pompano Beach-based company’s South Florida developments are driven by the region’s active second home market.
The developer plans to start building 14th & Ocean during the second quarter of 2014. The project includes 21 three-story, four-bedroom townhomes designed by Adache Group Architects. Units range in size from 2,532 to 2,584 square feet.
