Broward County commissioners are set to determine the fate of three large developments during their next meeting.

Two proposed projects in Pompano Beach, and one in Fort Lauderdale, are on the agenda for the Dec. 3 commission meeting, South Florida Business Journal reported. The developments include a planned 450,000-square-foot industrial complex on more than 27 acres at Northwest 33rd Street between Blount Road and Florida’s Turnpike. Pompano Beach-based Little B is behind the project.
