Oceana Bal Harbour, the second U.S. development of Argentine real estate mogul and art collector Eduardo Costantini, broke ground last week, according to a spokesperson for the building.
Consultatio’s 28-story condominium tower is slated to have 240 units that start at $2 million. The sales center on site is slated to open in December; the project will be ready by 2016.
