The nascent Bath Club Estates, a 13-unit condo tower designed by Arquitectonica, passed the Miami Beach’s historic preservation board review.

Developer Don Peebles’ proposed project at 6747 Collins Ave., near the Canyon Ranch Resort and Residences and the Art Deco Deauville Hotel, is branded after the success of his residences and members-only Bath Club, restored from its 1926 construction and a flew blocks south on Collins Ave.

Ackman Ziff brokered the deal for what some consider Miami Beach’s last virgin beachfront property.

Peebles’ tower would include a two-story, 10,000-square-foot penthouse and two oceanfront villas, with basic units at 5,620 square feet, as The Real Deal previously reported. — Emily Schmall
