The seventh and eighth floors of the downtown Fort Lauderdale office high-rise at 110 Southeast 6th Street are being demolished. After the makeover, the floors will have 40,000 square feet of office space with a two-floor mezzanine design concept. The wraparound terrace will be accessible from the seventh floor. Created in 1988, the tower will receive upgrades to the lobby and upper-floor common areas, as well as new retail space and an exterior lighting system.

As previously reported, three new tenants signed leases at the building in March, including law firm Cole, Scott & Kissane for 6,500 square feet; tech firm EVault for 3,000 square feet; and Freedland Harwin, another law firm, for approximately 3,000 square feet.
