Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles and Charlotte-based Levine Properties have entered into a lease with Lakeland, Fla.-based Publix for their second shopping center in Charlotte. The Shops at South Line is expected to break ground in the second quarter of 2013. It follows the first shopping center executed by the partnership, Ballantyne Town Center, another Publix-anchored center in Ballantyne. The latter is set to open in early 2013. — Alexander Britell
