French Laundry’s Thomas Keller eyeing downtown Miami space for eatery

California chef Thomas Keller of the famed French Laundry restaurant in Napa is seeking out a space for a restaurant in downtown Miami, the Miami Herald reported. Keller’s search is still in the exploratory phases, however. “While there have been discussions of possible opportunities in Miami, nothing has been finalized,” said Gerald San Jose, a spokesperson for the Keller Restaurant Group.
