Elliman’s Teplitzky officially moves to Miami, adds Laura Steinbruckner to team

Jacky Teplitzky, a managing director at Prudential Douglas Elliman in New York, has joined Douglas Elliman Florida in Miami as an associate broker. “This is a strategic move,” Teplitzky said, pointing to the wave of foreign buyers in Miami as a target. “Miami and New York are two of the most desirable cities for foreigners, as well as for U.S. citizens who are looking to buy second, third, even fourth homes or to purchase investment properties in either city.” Teplitzky recently concluded a trip to Brazil, one of Miami’s largest feeder markets. “Jacky possesses an innate understanding and intuitive feel for the foreign market,” said Douglas Elliman Florida CEO Vanessa Grout.
