Adler heads back to rentals with new 79th Street development in Miami

The Adler Group is launching a new project near the 79th Street Causeway in Miami, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The two-tower project, which will be located to the north of the causeway, is a partnership with ECI Group. “All signs indicate there is fast-growing demand for quality apartments in Miami’s well-located Upper East Side neighborhood, so this development will fill a niche in the city’s rental market,” said Michael Adler, CEO of Adler.
