Former Estefan retail property on Lincoln Road listed for $27.7 million

A Miami Beach retail property formerly owned by the Estefan family is now on the block, according to Marcus & Millichap’s Drew Kristol, who has the listing. The 11,000-square-foot building at 530 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach is listed at $27.75 million. It is located across the street from the upcoming site of retailer H&M’s new flagship store on Lincoln Road. The property was sold by the Estefan family in 2010. The owner has received approvals to add an additional 3,000 square feet. — Alexander Britell
