Billionaire sports energy mogul Russell Weiner has finally sold his 10,600-square-foot mansion in Beverly Park after three years on the market. Its closing price: $25 million.

The founder of Rockstar Energy Drink traded the Tuscan-style manor at 34 Beverly Circle, according to the Robb Report. The buyers were Tony Safoian, CEO of Sada Systems in North Hollywood, and his wife Lana.

Weiner bought the eight-bedroom, 11-bath house in 2018 for $18.6 million.

The two-story mansion, designed by Richard Landry, was built in 1999 in the exclusive gated community for an unidentified Russian businessman, now deceased.

Nestled behind tall hedges on 1.2 acres, the mansion and detached guest house have been on the market since early 2020 — with asking prices from $27.9 million to $35 million. Its most recent asking price was $30 million.

The villa has a soaring foyer with dual staircases, limestone floors, a gym with an attached sauna and massage room, a chef’s kitchen with commercial-grade appliances and a mahogany library with a walk-in safe.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a spa-style bathroom, dual closets, an office, balcony and a “hidden” spiral staircase leading down to the library, according to the listing.

The grounds have two lawns, one covered in fake grass and the other with real grass, with paths lined with boxwood, bougainvillea and olive trees. It includes a loggia-covered dining area, a rectangular pool and outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, wet bar and barbeque.

Beverly Park, the most expensive gated community in Los Angeles served by the Beverly Hills post office, is home to such Hollywood celebrities as Eddie Murphy, Denzel Washington, Sofia Vergara, Adele, The Rock and Rod Stewart.

Weiner, who in 2020 sold Rockstar to PepsiCo for nearly $3.9 billion, primarily lives in Florida, where in 2021 he paid $35 million for two waterfront properties in Miami Beach. In 2016, he bought another mansion in the city for $20 million.

He also owns a mansion in Park City, Utah, another Beverly Park home he’s owned since 2007 and an investment property in the Hollywood Hills.

Safoian co-founded Sada Systems in 2000. In 2021, the North Hollywood-based tech company surpassed $1 billion in revenue, and last year inked a $2.5 billion partnership with Google. Since 2015, the Safoians have lived in a two-story house in Sherman Oaks.
