Hotel mogul Robert Rivani has sold his “castle” inspired by “Games of Thrones” and “Harry Potter” for $20 million.

The owner of Black Lion Investment Group, based in Pico-Robertson, has sold the 15,200-square-foot mansion at 9 Beverly Ridge Terrace, the New York Post reported. The asking price was nearly $22 million.

The $19.995 million sale price was confirmed on Zillow.

Rivani and his wife, Krystal, bought the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate in 2019 for $13.7 million — and said he’d never sell it and wanted to be buried there.

He then launched three years of renovations at the 1.7-acre property that cost $4 million, according to Dirt.com.

The two-story Beverly Hills Post Office mansion, built in 2009, was previously owned by Carlton Gebbia of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

The latest sale comes after Rivani tried to rent the castle-like compound for $150,000 a month before dropping the price to $110,000.

The eclectic property has triple-vaulted ceilings, a spiked iron throne copy out of the “Game of Thrones,” dragon-skin wallpaper, a “Harry Potter”-style apothecary cabinet in the bar and a Hogwarts-style living room .

A jungle room features a chandelier from Dubai with 300 glass pieces that look like butterflies.

The home has a formal dining room topped with crown-shaped chandeliers, a movie theater and a 2,000-square-foot master bedroom with a former church altar-turned-headboard.

Outside, there’s a pool and spa, sports court, vegetable garden and an oversized chess set, plus an underground garage for six cars.

Brokers Josh Altman and Sam Collins of Douglas Elliman of California held the listing.

The Rivanis, who are moving to Florida, recently bought a penthouse at The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Miami Beach for $7.5 million.

Robert Rivani owns hotels in Miami, as well as shopping centers, plus a home in Malibu on Carbon Beach he plans to list this year for around $40 million, according to the Post.
