Months after paying Trevor Noah nearly $22 million for his Bel Air spec mansion, Bird founder Travis VanderZanden is looking to flip the property.

The e-scooter CEO listed the 10,044-square-foot pad for just under $25 million, according to website Dirt. He bought the mansion from the “The Daily Show” host in September, a sale that Dirt uncovered in January.

Built in 2017, the Orum Road home has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms with lots of glass, an open floor plan and views of the city. The tree-lined backyard is centered on a long infinity pool extending off the sloping edge of the property.

Noah bought the home from developer Jacob Cohan for $20.5 million in 2018.

After quietly selling the mansion to VanderZanden, Noah acquired an 11,000-square-foot home in Bel Air for $27.5 million in January.

VanderZanden founded Santa Monica-based Bird in 2017 after stints at Uber and Lyft. In 2018, Bird inked a 58,000-square-foot lease at Boston Properties’ Colorado Center. In October, the company listed the office for sublease, according to dot.LA.
