It’s been over two months since Candy Spelling’s former estate, the Spelling Manor, shattered records in Los Angeles County when it sold for $120 million.

Now, the widow of TV executive Aaron Spelling has listed a compound in Malibu, hoping to capitalize on some of that Spelling-related momentum.

The Costa Mesa Beach property hit the market for $23 million, according to the Wall Street Journal. It’s the first time the property has hit the market in 47 years.

Spanning 8,000 square feet, the oceanfront home has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Amenities include limestone floors, a media room, ocean deck and 81 feet of ocean frontage.

Spelling and Aaron Spelling bought the home in the early 1970s. Twenty years later, they purchased the house next door and expanded the property. It’s been remodeled several times since.

The couple also owned a much larger estate in Holmby Hills. In 2011, they sold the Spelling Manor to Formula One heiress Petra Ecclestone for $85 million. Spelling told the Journal she has “no idea” who owns the property now, following the July sale.
