A modern home on the so-called “Carbon Beach of the Bird Streets” has come up for sale at $19 million, the latest pricey listing to hit the Los Angeles high-end residential market.

Lindsay Chambers, founder of an eponymous interior design firm, has put her modernist home in the “Front Row” of the Bird Streets on the market for sale, Yolanda’s Little Black Book reported.

The home, which sits on a 12,700-square-foot lot, is one of 15 extra-exclusive homes situated on the ridgeline that offers unobstructed views of the city. Marketing materials compare the “Front Row” to Malibu’s pricey Carbon Beach, where the county’s most expensive residential trade took place last year.

Leonardo DiCaprio, Keanu Reeves and Walmart heiress Paige Laurie are among some of Chamber’s uber-wealthy neighbors.

Recently remodeled, the property includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There’s also a brand new infinity pool and outdoor lounge area outside.

Chambers bought the residence for $10.9 million in 2014, records show. She then unsuccessfully tried to flip it for $12.5 million a year later.

Justin Paul Huchel and Drew Fenton at Hilton & Hyland share the listing.

Perched above the Sunset Strip, the Bird Streets — each named after a different species of bird — are home to some of the city’s best spec homes. In the past year, however, sluggish sales have raised concerns of an oversupply in the area.

Recently, a former Grand Prix motorcycle rider put his pad in the area on the market for $30 million. [YBB] — Natalie Hoberman
