UPDATED, Friday, 5:00 p.m.: Another Bel Air home tied to Jerry Perenchio, the late television mogul and real estate impresario, has hit the market. But unlike his iconic Chartwell listing, this one is not seeking more than $100 million.

The 1.3-acre property, which includes a single-story residence and vineyard, is being marketed for sale at $21.5 million, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Designed by architect Allen Siple, the nearly 8,000-square-foot home on Nimes Road includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Sweeping views of the city surround the property.

Perenchio paid $9.2 million for the home nearly a decade ago. It was formerly owned by Paquita Machris, a big-game hunter.

The listing agents include Susan and Drew Gitlin of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Drew Fenton, Gary Gold and Jeff Hyland of Hilton & Hyland, and Joyce Rey, Jade Mills and Alexandra Allen of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury.

Perenchio, a billionaire who died last May, was the former chairman and chief executive of Spanish broadcasting network Univision. Throughout his long career, Perenchio amassed a hefty real estate portfolio that included properties spanning from Beverly Hills to Malibu.

His most prominent asset is the Chartwell, a mega-mansion in Bel-Air that is currently listed for $350 million. The Perenchio family is also selling a 70-acre portfolio of undeveloped land and a 3,700-square-foot home, both found in Malibu. [LAT] — Natalie Hoberman
