Sean Rad is swiping right in the Hollywood Hills. The co-founder of the popular dating app Tinder paid $26.5 million to acquire a 10,400-square-foot home, the Wall Street Journal reported. Kurt Rappaport, co-founder of Westside Estate Agency, sold the home off-market. He’d purchased it for about $5 million in 2014 from Mitzi Shore, the late founder of the Comedy Store. In addition to five bedrooms and six bathrooms, the home has a 60-foot swimming pool and a Comedy Store-themed bar.

An estate belonging to the late media mogul Jerry Perenchio sold this week for $12.65 million. The Malibu Colony home is just one of the many properties the former Univision chairman owned accumulated over the years, the most notable of which is still on the market for $350 million. Spanning 3,700 square feet, the oceanfront home includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and has an elevated deck and sunroom on the outside, the Los Angeles Times reported. Drew Gitlin of Berkshire Hathaway and Sandro Dazzan of the Agency had the listing. Christopher Cortazzo of Coldwell Banker Residential represented the buyer, who was not disclosed.

In Bel-Air, the former home of late producer Martin Ransohoff hit the market for $7.5 million. The property, built in 1941, spans 6,000 square feet, and includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms. There’s also a library, office and swimming pool on the property, the Los Angeles Times reported. Ransohoff purchased the home for $2.15 million in 2001, records show. He’s best known for producing “The Beverly Hillbillies,” and co-founding Filmways, a TV and film production company. Joyce Rey of Coldwell Banker has the listing.

An Encino home belonging to Tom Petty, the late rockstar, listed for $4.9 million, Variety reported. The nearly 11,500-square-foot home has six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, as well as a media lounge and wet bar. Jane Benyo, Petty’s ex-wife, lost the home in a foreclosure in 2015. It last traded for $2.6 million just over a year ago, records show. Craig Knizek and Ninkey Dalton at the Agency have the listing.
