The animation studio behind “Bob’s Burgers” is staying put in North Hollywood.
Bento Box Entertainment signed a five-year, 27,300-square-foot lease renewal at an office building at 5161 Lankershim Boulevard. The deal was announced Wednesday.
Located in the North Hollywood Arts District, the four-story building spans 197,000 square feet. Beacon Capital Partners, an office-focused firm based in Boston, acquired the recently renovated property for $69 million last year.
Endemol Shine North America, a TV production company, also leases at the site.
Paul Stockwell of CBRE represented the studio.
Bento Box, led by co-founder and CEO Scott Greenberg, produces the animated comedy series for broadcast, digital and cable networks. Other shows produced by the Emmy award-winning studio include “Legends of Chamberlain Heights” on Comedy Central, “Allen Gregory” on FOX, and “Neighbors From Hell” on TBS.
