“A nightmarish living hell” is not a phrase typically used to describe multi-million-dollar Malibu mansions.

But that’s how actress Megan Fox described her Malibu home, in a lawsuit she filed against more than a dozen people over a litany of alleged problems there, including mold, according to TMZ, which first reported the complaint.

The Transformers star claims the sellers never told her before she bought the home that it was on a slope that needed to be regraded and had a mold problem.

Fox paid $3.3 million in 2016 for the home, located in Ramirez Canyon. The group of sellers included Cynthia Pett-Dante, who manages actor Brad Pitt and is listed as the owner on property records, according to Yolanda’s Little Black Book.

The four-bedroom house dates back to 1965 but has undergone significant renovations. Fox claims the mold problem is worse in the master bedroom and bathroom, according to the suit.
Features not up to code included animal pens, stone walls, and a storage building for livestock feed, TMZ reported.

It’s unclear why Fox was unaware of what appear to be glaring issues with the home. The suit says that there was mold in the house when the then-pregnant actress and her family moved in. [TMZ] – Dennis Lynch
