The Holmby Hills estate of the late Paramount Pictures boss Brad Grey just hit the market, asking $77.5 million. The couple completed the 12,800-square-foot home less than two years ago.

The Howard Backen-designed estate on Carolwood Drive includes five bedrooms, two kitchens, a gym, Pilates studio, sauna and outdoor swimming pool.

In 2010, the couple paid $18.5 million for Frank Sinatra’s former home that is on the property, records show. They later unsuccessfully tried to flip the home twice, only to eventually build on the land instead. Grey died of cancer in May 2017.

Linda May of Hilton & Hyland shares the listing with Stephen Shapiro of Westside Estate Agency.  The Wall Street Journal first reported the listing.

Grey co-founded the Brillstein-Grey Entertainment agency. He also served as chairman and CEO of Paramount Pictures for 12 years, where he oversaw blockbuster films including “Iron Man,” “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” and “There Will Be Blood.” [WSJ] — Natalie Hoberman
