Developers Fairfield Residential and Legendary Development released renderings of their new mixed-use complex, Aliso, at 950 E. 3rd Street in the Arts District, Urbanize reported.
The images depict the $215 million project, which will contain several five- and six-story buildings rising 13 to 20 feet. A total of 472 apartments will stand above nearly 23,500 square feet of ground-floor retail or restaurant space. Other amenities include an outdoor art gallery, pedestrian walkway, roof deck and 180 on-site parking spaces.

The Kava Massih Architects-designed complex is set to open its first phase in the spring.
